Job Responsibilities- Manage restaurant controls such as labor cost, inventory, and cash procedures on a daily basis
- Follow and enforce all restaurant safety and security policies and procedures
- Coach and follow-up on crew to ensure excellent operations
- Assist in growth and development of employees inside the restaurant
- Support the General Manager with setting and achieving store goals
- Successfully manage a department such as Kitchen, People, or Guest Services
- Create and complete goals for individual department
- Assist with quality hiring, staffing, and retention
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun and work in a fast‑paced environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
