Overview

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Delivery Drivers who will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant. The Delivery Driver assists with ensuring that each visit from a customer results in friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic team player who will provide exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

• A clean driving record. Safety is a priority for you and our customers; you must arrive and return safely in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor; greet guests with a smile, take orders, process payments, and respond appropriately to customer issues. Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Maintain cleanliness and health/safety standards in work areas, including the vehicle used for deliveries.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations as needed.
• Ensure prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Dress for success and follow uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Complete delegated cleaning tasks in a timely manner.
• Operate cash register or point-of-sale devices as needed and use suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and improve overall service quality.

• The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable with good written, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old to operate a motorized vehicle.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law (keep an updated copy of insurance policy with your name listed).
• Flexible work availability; results-oriented and customer-focused.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
