Responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, including greeting, taking food and beverage orders, answering questions, and providing information about the resort and surrounding areas. Must maintain a clean and organized service and work area and uphold company safety and sanitation policies.

Required

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding and ability to adhere to ABC regulations and policies
• Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred

• Previous serving experience
• Knowledge of standard cocktails
• Knowledge of beer and wine pairings

Typical Schedule

Days: Schedule varies including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Hours: Varies depending on shifts

Core Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Upsell products whenever possible
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area
• Process payments and make change accurately using point of sale system
• Complete assigned tasks including wrapping silverware, cleaning windows, floors, and carpets, filling and stocking condiments
