Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Guiding committed buyers on home tours throughout Northern Virginia
- Becoming the trusted agent buyers rely on when making their purchase decisions
- Expanding your personal network while representing our dynamic and successful team
- Receiving hands-on training and mentorship from top-producing agents who consistently close deals
- Working a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to maximize opportunities
- A valid Virginia real estate license and the confidence to actively utilize it
- Dependable transportation and a strong knowledge of the Northern Virginia market
- Proficiency with technology and the ability to respond promptly and effectively
- A sincere eagerness to learn from high-achieving agents
- A competitive spirit combined with unwavering determination to succeed
- The ability to work independently and solve problems on your own
Responsibilities
- Make 10+ Real Estate Conversations Per Day
- Respond to Zillow Flex Leads Immediately
- Attend Daily Huddles & Weekly Training Calls
- Follow Up Relentlessly with Your Database
- Track and Report Daily Metrics
- Hold 2+ Open Houses Per Month
- Act Like a Leader in Culture and Conduct
- Active Virginia Real Estate License (Required)
- Proven Track Record of Sales (12+ Homes/Year Preferred)
- Strong Phone Skills & Follow-Up Game
- CRM Experience (Brivity, Follow Up Boss, etc.)
- Open to Coaching, Feedback & Daily Accountability
- Mindset of Ownership, Not Entitlement
