The Repairs Receiving and Shipping Associate is responsible for accurately receiving and shipping customer repairs. This role ensures inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with company safety and quality standards.

• Paid Leave Time (PLT):
  Potential to earn 17 days per year (increases with tenure)
• Sick Days: 5 sick days
• Paid Holidays: 11 paid holidays (including 1 floating holiday)
• 401(k) Retirement Plan:
  Company match of 50% on the dollar, up to 6% of employee contribution

Role Details: This is a full-time, in-person role, Monday through Friday, based at our North American Headquarters in our brand-new Moon Township facility. Office Address: 1400 Cherrington Pkwy, Coraopolis, PA 15108.

• Distribute devices for the repair department
• Accurately label customer repairs
• Review open orders and pick, pack and ship repairs and accessories
• Confirm accuracy of repair shipments packed
• Prepare packages for shipment according to carrier instructions (UPS, or D-365)
• Ensure timely shipment and consult with Manager and internal customers regarding issues or clarifications
• Assist in other duties in Logistics, including device testing and customer shipments
• Assist in Repairs Department with repairing and testing
• Perform various other tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to 5S and lean standards

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years related experience
• Familiarity with databases and transportation software
• Technical or computer experience
• MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to communicate clearly and timely with relevant personnel
• Ability to prioritize tasks and be detail-oriented
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to work cooperatively with other departments

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs (occasional heavier with assistance)
• Standing and walking for prolonged periods in a warehouse
• Bending and stooping to access inventory
• Reaching overhead and handling of materials
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment; fast-paced setting
• Moderate noise level; handling cleaning products, tools and equipment
