We are looking for an associate veterinarian to join our equine only ambulatory practice in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley Virginia. 2+ years of experience preferred but will consider a formal mentorship for the right person. We are a small but close group with great working friendships and a collaborative work environment. We have a mixed population of pleasure and show horses, a fair amount of sports medicine work mixed in with GP wellness care.

We currently do very little breeding work as myself and my associate do not have much therio interest. But there is opportunity for a motivated person who loves reproduction! We have an office space in New Market, VA and a partnership with a nice local farm with an indoor and heated facilities for haul-in's if needed. DR, digital ultrasound, gastroscope, Prostride/A2M, shockwave on hand.

We already made the switch to cloud-based software - so you don't have to suffer through that (iykyk!). Must have a valid active Virginia veterinary license and driver's license to apply. Will also consider someone interested in 2-3 days/week part time work, if its the right fit. Flexible work environment that prizes work life balance and encourages pursuing work satisfaction.
