We are seeking Summer Managers to work from May to September in various outdoor pools and splash pads throughout Loudoun County. As a member of the leadership team, you will assist with the enforcement of rules, regulations, procedures, and operations. A successful candidate will have leadership experience, a strong focus on customer service, and attention to detail to assist with administrative duties.

We are currently hiring for the following locations:

• Franklin Park, Purcellville, VA
• Lovettsville Community Center, Lovettsville, VA

• Oversee operations of concession stands, including daily travel to the bank, scheduling, ordering, and opening/closing of outdoor pool sites.
• Set up the pool for proper operation according to program grids, calendars, and posted hours; reconfigure pool as needed for special programs.
• Monitor safe use of pools by customers and respond to injuries that may occur in a pool environment.
• Maintain emergency preparedness in the pool facility.
• Supervise and schedule lifeguards and water attendant staff.
• Maintain and use the vehicle for occasional meetings and bank visits.
• Prioritize the health, safety, and company service standards for all our customers.
• Organize and conduct pool meetings and in‑service sessions as required, and arrange pavilion and tent rentals utilizing on‑site technology while coordinating the setup for the events.
• May perform other essential job functions specific to the position and department assignment.

Flexible availability is needed from May 2026 to September 2026. The work schedule varies and includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent and one year experience in overseeing aquatic or pool operations in a leadership role.

• Related degree or certification in Parks and Recreation, Environmental Education, and/or Natural Resources.
• American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor certification.
