Ridgewood Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary clinic for household pets, proudly serving Forest, Lynchburg, Bedford & surrounding areas. Since its inception in 1978, Ridgewood has been known for offering superior care to the residents of this region. We pride ourselves in forming relationships with our pet parents, offering the best medicine, and providing a safe and healthy work environment. The entire team is committed to sincere patient care and compassion while helping our pet parents navigate healthcare decisions.

We offer wellness care and vaccinations, diagnostic work-up of complex medical cases, chemotherapy, routine surgeries such as spaying & neutering as well as more complex soft tissue / orthopedic procedures. Our high
ly skilled veterinary staff focuses on Fear Free patient care, comprehensive pain management and employing the most current medical / surgical techniques.

• Work with a team of 8 highly skilled LVTs with experience in training senior veterinary students at the VMRCVM
• Clinic performs laparoscopic biopsy and surgery, endoscopy, and arthroscopy
• Fully equipped with in-house lab capabilities, digital x-ray, ultrasound and therapeutic laser
• Excellent culture, collaborative environment, and low turnover
• Mentorship from multiple strong veterinarians who are excited to welcome passionate - motivated students
• Our team has strong clinical skills in the areas of emergency medicine, wellness and dentistry
• Gain experience with complex soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries
