Overview

King’s Mountain Animal Clinic located in Collinsville, Virginia is actively seeking a Veterinarian to join our three other veterinarians in a well-established, well equipped small animal GP hospital. We offer a mentoring atmosphere and new graduates are welcome.

• Provide high-quality veterinary medicine with emphasis on diagnostics, surgery, and patient care.
• Communicate effectively with clients and emphasize client education and disease prevention.
• Contribute to a collaborative team in a busy, well-equipped hospital.

• Open to new grads — strong mentorship program.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team.

• Base salary: $100,000 to $130,000 (varies based on qualifications/experience).
• Generous sign-on bonus of $20,000.
• Relocation and/or sign-on bonus options.
• Benefit package including health/dental insurance, liability insurance, retirement, professional dues, and a continuing education stipend.
• Compensation includes competitive salary plus production, time off, paid veterinary and DEA licensing fees, and 401-K available.
• Earn at least $100,000 working less than 40 hours a week; $50K student loan repayment option.

• No after-hours emergency, but emergency service is provided during regular business hours if needed.
• Support staff with long tenure who are a valuable asset to the veterinarians and patient care.

Collinsville is in the southern Piedmont region, about 18 miles from the North Carolina state line and 4 hours to the coast. It offers access to outdoor activities and nearby recreational areas such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Philpott Lake, and Smith Mountain Lake with extensive trails and scenic areas.
