• Flexible Work Schedule: Maintain a consistent work-life balance with four 8-hour weekdays (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) alongside a team of two midwives or a combination of midwives and Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants.
• Moderate Patient Volume: Manage a manageable patient load of approximately 20 patients per day, allowing you to focus on delivering personalized care.
• Streamlined Workflow: Utilize the efficient eClinical

• Work Autonomy with Support: Practice autonomously while having a supervising physician readily available for consultation when needed.
