Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) –

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high‑quality, compassionate care at Lancashire Post Acute, a 120‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility.

• Full‑time: 3 PM – 11 PM
• Part‑time: 7 AM – 3 PM

Pay ranges: $28.50 – $33.50 per hour
. Opting out of benefits (no vacation, sick time, or holidays) earns an additional $3/hour. Same‑day pay is available.

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as the physician’s plan of treatment.

• Follow a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC).ęd
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Virginia.
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
