Licensed Practical Nurse

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and support to residents
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and coordinate tasks
• Administer, monitor, and manage medications as appropriate
• Document care and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
• Ensure patient safety and uphold quality of care standards

• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
• Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
• Ability to make independent decisions
