Nurse Practitioner - Breast Surgery UVA Community Health | Haymarket, VA

UVA Community Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Breast Surgical Oncology team in Northern Virginia
. This position offers a unique blend of independent practice and close collaboration with an experienced breast surgeon in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

• Full-time, 1.0 FTE | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No weekends; no formal call
• Outpatient-focused practice with optional OR participation

• Additional coverage:
  Haymarket Medical Center & Prince William Medical Center

• Manage High-Risk Breast Clinic, Benign Breast Health, and Survivorship visits
• Provide care for patients with active breast cancer in collaboration with breast surgeon
• Perform in-office procedures (biopsies, aspirations, wound care, drain removal)
• Assist in the OR with breast surgical procedures (training available)
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary breast health team

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner
• Interest in breast surgery, oncology, and women's health
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a surgical team
• Prior RN or surgical experience preferred; training available

• Work directly with an experienced breast surgeon
• Strong multidisciplinary support including RN Breast Navigator
