• Valid LPN/RN license required

• 12 hour shifts available 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
• Weekend availability

• Have current and initial certification by examination or by endorsement

• Skilled Nursing Home LTC: 1 year experience (Preferred)

• Virginia licensure for position applying
