Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule: 24/7 operation; must be open to any shift assignment (no exceptions)

• Shifts include:
• 6:30am–3:30pm
• 4:00pm–11:00pm
• 11:00pm–7:00am
• The Distribution Specialist supports daily warehouse and supply chain operations by accurately receiving, picking, staging, and distributing materials to internal and external customers. This role ensures order accuracy, inventory integrity, and timely delivery while meeting productivity and quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced distribution environment and provide responsive customer service.
• Key Responsibilities
• Pick and stage medical supplies using warehouse management systems and scanners
• Accurately scan, sort, and transport supplies to designated hospital departments
• Maintain productivity standards while ensuring order accuracy and quality
• Assist with inventory organization and replenishment as needed
• Physical & Work Environment
• Standing and walking for the duration of the shift
• Pushing carts and transporting supplies throughout the hospital
• Fast-paced, high-volume environment

• 1–2+ years of warehouse, picking, or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Experience using scanners or warehouse management systems required
• Comfortable working with productivity metrics
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• High School Diploma or GED required

• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Flu shot required
• Access to a computer or laptop for online orientation
