Overview

Direct Mail Solutions is a full-service mail located in Richmond, Virginia. DMS is seeking a Warehouse Data Entry Clerk who will be responsible for efficiently and accurately coordinating and processing the flow of mail materials in the Warehouse Department.

• Checks-in and label items in the warehouse department.
• Print tickets and slips from the warehouse inventory database.
• Run warehouse reports.
• Ability to efficiently operate computerized systems.
• Work flexible overtime as needed.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Well organized with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer and communication skills are required.
• Familiar with various warehouse systems and Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Experience and knowledge in the use of general office equipment: printer, scanner, fax, etc.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Must be familiar with warehouse systems/programs.

This is a full-time position.

Core night shift hours are Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
