Shuttle Driver (Driver Transport) - Essex, VT

This Class A CDL Shuttle Driver position will support the KDP Essex, VT Distribution Center.

This is a Full-time position on D2 shift = Friday, Saturday, Sunday and every other Thursday 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Moving trailers between the yard and loading dock.
• Moving and placing trailer stands.
• Securing and inspecting loads.
• Vehicle pre‑ and post‑use inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned area.

• Responsibility to report food safety, quality and regulatory compliance to plant or division personnel with the authority to initiate action.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.
• Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures.

• Pay starting at $30.41 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $31.93 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• 1 year of CDL Class A experience.
• Clean driving record.
