What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide assistance and answer inquiries related to Safety & Fleet services for employees, customers, clients, and vendors
  • Ensure organizational compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and OH&S regulations and guidelines
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across Safety & Fleet management systems
  • Support workers’ compensation activities, including timely incident reporting and assisting employees with documentation
  • Generate and review financial and operational reports on fleet performance and analyze data for trends and opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with three years of hands‑on, practical experience
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational strengths
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Working knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and OH&S regulations
  • Strong customer‑service mindset to engage positively with employees, clients, and vendors

  • Experience in safety and fleet operations
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting software
  • Proven ability to work in fast‑paced environments
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to interpret data
