Are you a hardworking and reliable individual looking for an exciting job that will keep you physically active and engaged? We are hiring Drivers to join our team at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Richmond, VA. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading items from our moving trucks and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Starting Pay: $20 / hour + tips.

• Load and unload items from our moving trucks, ensuring they are properly secured and transported safely.
• Work with our team of drivers and movers to move furniture, boxes, and other household items, both within homes and businesses.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to our clients, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a smooth and successful move.
• Use problem-solving skills to navigate tight spaces, tricky corners, and other challenges that may arise during the move.
• Ensure that all necessary equipment, such as dollies and moving blankets, are used properly.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends
• The ability to lift 100 pounds
• The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs
• A friendly personality with customer service skills
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment
