JUNK is the DC Area's fastest-growing unwanted items redistribution service. We are expanding our Fleet Team (Drivers - Non-CDL) to accommodate our rapid growth.

We are SO glad you are reading this! But before we go any further, we have deal breakers. You must meet all the following criteria before applying:

• Have reliable transportation and be on time to the office in Chantilly, VA
• Be able to pass a Criminal Background Check, including your driving record
• Have 5+ years of driving experience (NON-CDL)
• Be able to lift and carry 100+ pounds repeatedly (for real!)
• Have a friendly demeanor and professional presence (great customer service skills)

Now that we have that out of the way, let’s talk about everyday life at 123

JUNK as a Truck Operator. Your shift starts at our corporate office located in Chantilly, VA (typically around 0745 AM). You will safely take our shiny red trucks to residences and businesses to retrieve and remove their unwanted items. As the Truck Operator, you will drive the truck AND participate in removing, sorting, and loading items onto the truck so we can: 1.

Donate
2. Recycle 3. Dispose. You’ll work efficiently with the team to stay on schedule. You and your team will distribute all items appropriately to empty the truck at the end of the shift so it’s ready to go the following day.

• Full Time — 4 Day Work Week (10-hour shifts)
• Monday – Saturday Shift Availability
• Flexible Schedules (except for the start times, of course!)
• Overtime available
• Year-Round Work

  In your first interview, we will review the comp structure. When you are promoted to Truck Lead (possible within the first few months), the average annual salary is around $45K
