Delivery Specialist - Hub

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist - Hub to deliver parts and products to our stores and distribution centers safely and efficiently. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or the distribution center.
• Maintain a legal driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.
• Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on the assigned route.
• Maintain a daily city route manifest for deliveries.
• Keep the fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys secured and report any anomalies to the store manager.
• Follow accident report guidelines; report incidents immediately.
• Ensure that a designated team member verifies all invoices and signs the route manifest at each store.
• Deliver according to the scheduled route; report any delays to the city delivery supervisor and/or stores remaining on route.
• Maintain a professional and personable image to foster good customer relations.
• Communicate any problems or special needs from stores to store management.
• Clock in/out in accordance with company policy.
• Check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage before operating the vehicle each day.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately; ensure the fuel tank is filled before closing for the day and secure the vehicle.
• Drive safely and defensively at all times.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record that meets the company’s 14/18‑point record system standards.

• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
