Assistant Varsity Boys Lacrosse Coach
St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School invites applications for Assistant Varsity Coach for the Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team. This is a paid, part‑time position reporting to the Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach and the Director of Athletics.
Responsibilities- Support the Head Coach in recruiting players and enhancing the school’s lacrosse program.
- Assist players in their college search process and coach at the high‑school, club and/or college level.
- Analyze game film to assess areas of strength and improvement.
- Participate in shared scouting of upcoming opponents as part of the varsity coaching staff.
- Relevant lacrosse coaching experience with an emphasis on character‑based personal development.
- Strong character, in‑depth knowledge of offensive and defensive elements of lacrosse, and effective communication with high school lacrosse players.
- Experience coaching at the high school, club and/or college level.
- Appreciation for the role of lacrosse and athletics in the broader mission of St. Stephen’s and St. Agnes School.
