Overview

Responsibilities- Adheres to industry guidelines and exercises sound judgement with safety as the first priority
- Maintains constant surveillance of members in the facility and be able to enforce all club wet area rules
- Acts immediately and appropriately to secure safety of members in the event of an emergency
- Provides emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services
- Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Maintains a high standard of customer service
- Attends mandatory meetings and training sessions as scheduled
- Maintains a clean facility performing house cleaning duties
- Performs all other duties as assigned by Management
- Reports to the club's Aquatics Director
