Youth Soccer Coach

Overview

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! (no prior soccer experience required) Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development.

New Coaches can work 5-25 classes a week and can earn from $18 per hr up to $35 per hr.

Base pay range: $9,360.00/yr - $83,200.00/yr

• Lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all
• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Maintain a non-competitive, stress-free class environment
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to improve and celebrate success
• Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
• Have a positive, open, and coachable mindset

Locations include schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across NOVA. Travel up to an hour may be required based on primary residence.

• High school diploma with some college (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Available most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons
• Physically active, punctual, and organized
• Ability to work with kids ranging from 18 months to 15 years old
• Demonstrates integrity and doing what is right even when nobody is looking
