Position Title: Full Stack Developer (Contract)

Location: Vienna, VA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)

Clearance Requirements: None required; must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Position Status: Contract (3 months with possible extension)

This role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, modernizing legacy systems, and delivering high-quality software across the full development lifecycle. • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and system enhancements
• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud platforms
• Modernize legacy systems and migrate older codebases to current technologies
• Support UAT, release planning, and production deployments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure software solutions
• Analyze systems, data, and processes to drive operational improvements

• 10+ years of full-stack software development experience
• Proven experience modernizing legacy applications and building solutions with limited documentation
• Experience working in shared lower/production environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Passion for development and continuous technical learning
