Local to GA and has to be expert in (Agentic AI | Python | AWS Bedrock | AIDLC/Vibe Coding).

We are hiring a Senior Technical Developer to build and scale agentic AI applications using Python-based services and modern agent frameworks, integrated with AWS Amazon Bedrock for secure multi-model reasoning and execution. The developer will implement agent flows, APIs, guardrails, and testing automation aligned to AIDLC and Vibe Coding-driven delivery.

• Develop and enhance agentic AI services (agents + orchestrator integrations) using Python-first backend patterns.
• Implement agent coordination workflows through the orchestrator, integrating multiple agents and ensuring correct decision flows and exception handling.
• Build integrations with AWS Amazon Bedrock for model execution and secure inference; support multi-model behavior via routing patterns.
• Implement guardrails & security controls such as PII masking, injection protection, policy compliance checks, and safe prompt/response handling.
• Contribute to AIDLC delivery: use vibe coding/intent scaffolding approaches where relevant; support agentic coding and iterative refinement.
• Build automated tests aligned to the deck's testing agent strategy: unit, integration, performance, and security testing; ensure production readiness gates.
• Support monitoring and feedback loops (drift/hallucination awareness and adaptive improvements) as part of production lifecycle.
• Document technical designs, APIs, and implementation notes to enable maintainability and team scaling.

• Strong hands-on development experience in Python, building backend services and APIs.
• Experience with agent frameworks/orchestration patterns and building multi-agent workflows.
• Experience with AWS Amazon Bedrock, including secure inference and governance concepts is mandatory.
• Experience with vibe coding / intent-to-scaffold development approaches and multi-agent coding collaboration.
• Strong fundamentals in testing, debugging, performance engineering, and secure coding.

• Fleet management domain / functional background will be PLUS
• Credit cards / Banking products knowledge will be PLUS
• Exposure to full-stack elements mentioned in the solution context (e.g., modern UI stacks) is a plus.
