** SUMMARY****:
** Performs installation, maintenance and repair work on equipment, buildings and grounds under direct supervision of the  Maintenance Supervisor.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
* Performs all duties of Maintenance/General Services as required.
* Performs complex maintenance and repair of equipment and tools.
* Performs general maintenance, groundskeeping, clean-up & repairs of buildings, facilities and grounds.
* Plan and complete special projects as required.
* Perform periodic maintenance and documentation in accordance with company Preventative Maintenance Programs and equipment service manuals.
* Diagnose and repair equipment and facility breakdowns in a timely and safe manner.
* Make equipment and facility installations, modifications and repairs.
* Coordinate projects and lead other personnel as required.
* Make Electrical Installations and Repairs to facilities and buildings as required.
* Analyze circuits, wiring diagrams, service manuals, and drawings to install, repair, calibrate, service or replace electronic devices and systems.
** REQUIRED

EDUCATION:

** Must have High School Diploma or GED.  Minimum of five years experience and Electrical Journeyman Certification Preferred
** SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
** Sufficiently skilled or having working knowledge of the following trades:
Carpenter, Plumber, Mechanic, Machinist, Welder, Mason, Electrician, Electronics Tech, etc.
** TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
** Munters Corp Orientation, Quality and Safety Assurance Awareness.
** HOURS OF WORK:
** Standard work schedules plus overtime and weekend hours will be required to meet production needs.
** PHYSICAL DEMANDS****:
** Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. Must be able to climb ladders on a frequent basis.  Adequate strength is needed to move and repair equipment
