Description
Envolve Community Management Company owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. Envolve is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work at Audubon Village Apartments in Richmond, VA. The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs, applying specialized skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.
Duties- Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry, and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
- Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
- Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.
- HVAC certification with 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience.
- Ability to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
- Availability for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Background screening and drug test required.
