Shenandoah Lodge & Athletic Club. The "Shenandoah Club" campus includes the Lodge, Athletic Club, and Shoreline Outfitter, and encompasses more than 36,000 square feet of indoor space along with an expansive lakeside veranda and patio beneath. The restaurant, Region’s 117, and the Shenandoah Events Center are open to the public and available for dining reservations and private bookings.

Pay Range: $23-$25 per hour

Benefits- New hourly full-time team members working 30 hours or more per week will be eligible for the Company medical, dental and life insurance plans the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
- Full-Time team members are eligible to accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) in accordance with the Company policy at a rate of 120 hours per year.
- Full-Time team members are eligible for 7 paid holidays annually.

The Maintenance Technician IV HVAC performs maintenance duties, including HVAC equipment maintenance, rough carpentry, painting, and basic equipment and facility repairs. Electrical work and basic plumbing repairs are also assigned. They are viewed as leaders in the department and train new technicians. This position reports to the Director of Facilities or the Facility Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Provide superior quality building maintenance to meet the requirements of members and guests.
- Maintain tools and maintenance equipment in working order. Keep maintenance room organized.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks to inspect equipment. Report quality issues and equipment malfunctions to supervisor and follow up with the appropriate action for repair.
- Assemble tools and supplies from the supply room and transport them to the work area for daily assignments.
- Work in a safe manner and use all personal protective equipment (safety gear).
- Be aware of safety requirements and report unsafe conditions or accidents to supervisor.
- Maintain all aspects of HVAC equipment.
- Perform simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, and locksets.
- Change light bulbs and fixtures. Perform electrical tasks such as changing circuit breakers.
- Open clogged drains, fix leaks, and perform other related plumbing duties.
- Do touch-up painting and repaint rooms.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and moving furniture when needed.
- Maintain building inventories and supplies.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must currently possess EPA Certification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Must be licensed in one or more of the following:
Electrical Repairs, Plumbing Repairs, Finish Carpentry, Ceramic and Porcelain Tile Installation, Welding, HVAC, Painting and Wall Texturing. - Certified Pool Operator certification required.
- Current First Aid or other safety certifications, as required by the Club.
- Ability to read building drawings and blueprints.
- Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors about job tasks and responsibilities.
- Desire to contribute to a productive work environment by maintaining a positive attitude with team members and the public.
