Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Technician, Field​/Service Technician

Join Mas Tec Advanced Technologies as a Technician – deliver advanced home and satellite technology installations and maintenance, ensuring a seamless customer experience from indoor to outdoor locations.

We look for a customer‑focused, tech‑savvy Technician to install satellite dishes, receivers and smart home solutions. You’ll work independently, follow safety guidelines and build trust with customers.

• Install and maintain satellite dishes and receivers at residential and commercial sites.
• Foster positive customer relationships and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Guarantee a seamless, enjoyable customer experience.
• Follow all safety protocols during indoor and outdoor work.
• Adhere to schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.

• Climb ladders up to 36 feet; lift 60–80 lbs and manage up to 375 lbs total weight.
• Work in non‑heated or non‑air‑conditioned environments, inside or outside.
• Valid driver’s license; pass pre‑employment drug test, criminal background check and MVR.
• Flexible schedule able to include weekends or evenings.
• Experience or strong motivation to learn the latest technology.
• At least three of the following: customer service experience, technical knowledge, independence, multitasking.
