Reports To:

Project Managers, Department Manager or Franchise Owner

• Key part of our reconstruction department - working with the estimators, project managers, tradesmen and homeowners to help bring projects of all sizes to completion
• Assist tradesmen with installing cabinets, trim, drywall, and other trade work
• Deliver materials to jobsite and warehouse
• Demo jobsites as instructed by project managers
• Have fun and be part of a growing business!

PDR Recon Helpers assist property owners/managers after traumatic events such as a fires or floods to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property.

• Completion of work orders generated by the Project Managers
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and tools
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople
• Assist PMs with delivery of materials
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Participate in local community events.
• Perform physical labor such as lifting, digging, demoing and carrying
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks

Physical Requirements:

The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
