Schedule:

9/80 – 9 out of 14 days, 80 hours, every other Friday off

Associate Manager of Facilities, under general supervision of the Facilities Manager.

• 70% HVAC Maintenance – Work with, troubleshoot and repair plant HVAC equipment. Perform preventive maintenance on units, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, etc.
• 20% Installation of new equipment.
• 10% 6S general shop upkeep, cleaning, or organizing.

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of HVAC experience; OR 2 years post-Secondary/Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years HVAC related experience.

• Virginia HVAC Journeyman, Master or Contractor License a plus.
• Strong electrical experience / training in repairs in an industrial setting.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Word and Excel, including use of formulas).
