Overview

Renewal by Andersen (RbA) is growing in our Capital Region market and is hiring Sales Consultants! As a Sales Consultant, you will be surrounded by a highly energized team who is passionate about enriching the lives of homeowners. We are looking for talented Sales Consultants who can help fuel our dynamic growth through a customer-focused, consultative selling experience. You will build rapport with customers through a superior homeowner experience while displaying drive and motivation for top results.

Our Sales Consultants are responsible for conducting in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects.

Compensation averages between $200,000-$255,000 per year, with opportunities for performance bonuses. We offer 10 weeks of PAID TRAINING ($25/hr) to ensure your success.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• 2+ years of in‑home or outside sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends
• Ability for frequent sitting, walking, reaching at waist level, and climbing stairs
• Ability to occasionally reach from floor to at or above shoulder level
• Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55 lbs and place them on raised surfaces
• Must have a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license and be able to drive a personal vehicle
• Use required company‑designated software, systems, and technology tools, and comply with all related usage, security, and confidentiality policies

Andersen has set a profit‑sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing is paid out in quarterly installments tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
