• Maintain and grow an operational and security mindset in access control within the Federal Government sector
• Collaborate with North American Sales Team members to effectively engage the Federal Government vertical
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within Federal Government accounts relevant to security and access control
• Identify product gaps and collaborate with Product Management for improvement in enterprise access control offerings
• Compile competitive product data and maintain knowledge of market offerings

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Access Control, with a focus on government sales preferred
• Strong technical acumen to effectively discuss products and solutions
• Proven track record of achieving results and building collaborative relationships
• Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and sales philosophy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience working in a government environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Willingness to travel throughout North America as needed
