Overview

To conduct field coaching, work with the sales team for sales growth. Handle New BC training and improve BC consultation and selling skills to provide better service to customers. Guide BC and build confidence to BC while working with them in the field. Train BC on novelties in the secondary city. Conduct beauty workshops for customers. Maintain and upgrade BC image.

Assist the national training manager on daily work.

• At least 3 years relevant working experiences or previous experience in cosmetics/fashion-related brand
• Good make up skills
• Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication
• Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
