• Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up for Comcast Internet, Voice, and TV services
• Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and achieve targeted customer experience metrics
• Manage customer relationships through effective communication and strong listening skills
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary
• Maintain and update prospect database and opportunity funnel daily

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer service
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a sales funnel and outbound cold calling is required

• Wireless experience is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
• Strong persuasion skills and customer-focused approach
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
