Role
Implant Sales Representative (Smile Consultant) at Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Fremont, CA.
Responsibilities- Build trust with patients and influence them to accept treatment plans.
- Collect payment and maintain an organized CRM to manage patient queues.
- Identify and suggest improvements to current processes.
- Attend weekly training meetings.
- Work hours Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm with potential additional hours for sales.
- Proven sales track record with consistent KPI achievement.
- Experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Background in B2C sales a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and computer skills.
- Strong empathy and ability to connect with patients on a personal level.
- Health, dental, vision, short‑term and long‑term disability, and life insurance.
