Sales Director, Workers Compensation (Mid-Atlantic)
Seeking a Sales Director in the Mid‑Atlantic Region! We’ll cover Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, and Virginia. Candidates residing in one of the above states are strongly preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and building personal relationships with adjusters, team leads, and supervisors.
- Recommend new products and services by evaluating current results and identifying unmet needs.
- Increase referral volume and revenue by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining product capabilities, and overcoming objections.
- Document sales and account activities in our internal CRM platform.
- Stay up to date on industry opportunities such as conferences and seminars.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Minimum Education /Experience
- 4‑year college degree (BA/BS)
- Auto or Workers Compensation claims experience (preferred)
- IME sales experience is a plus
- Business development mindset
- Presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
