• Establish and maintain customer relationships, including follow-up as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Assist the agent in establishing and achieving marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Support local community events in our market area.
• Help manage the agency's website and social media content.

• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Experience in marketing financial products
• Knowledge of financial services, life, and health products
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must have current)
• Series 6 and 63 (must be able to obtain)
• Mortgage License (must be able to obtain)
• Maintain current knowledge of product changes, licensing, and continuing education requirements
• Position may require irregular working hours
