Area Sales Manager

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our client to support their search for a driven, experienced Sales Area Manager to promote and sell drive lines, gearboxes, and other mechanical power transmission products to agricultural and mechanical equipment markets. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers—building lasting relationships, providing technical solutions, and driving growth in your territory.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the agricultural machinery industry.
• Collaborate with customers’ engineering and product management teams to integrate our products into their equipment.
• Prepare and submit price quotations, manage sales forecasts, and contribute to budget and marketing plans.
• Partner with Customer Service and Warranty teams to resolve issues and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at trade shows, staying informed on market trends and industry developments.
• Assist in collections for past-due accounts as needed.

• 5+ years of sales experience (agricultural machinery/equipment industry strongly preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Team-oriented with a “people-first” approach.
• Proficient with computer systems (SAP, Outlook, CRM experience a plus).
• Knowledge of agricultural markets and equipment is highly desirable.
