Outside Sales Representative

* Pay $54,000 - $65,000 / YEAREdwards Oil, Inc. is looking for an energetic, adaptable, results driven and competitive person to share our products/services with the communities and people we serve. Our Outside Sales/Field Tech is the driving force behind our business, and has aspirations to help our company grow. Outside Sales/Field Techs are responsible for day-to-day new customer growth and should want to treat our customers and co-workers like family.

You will be taught company sales programs and should communicate effectively to customers and co-workers. You will also be asked to work as a team and help support with a variety of positions within our company. Ideally you should be a results driven person and expect yourself to meet or exceed company goals when promoting sales, customer safety, and payment programs.

Outside Sales/Field Techs must be highly ethical and insure their customers are in compliance with State, Federal and Local law.

Candidates Should:
* Have great interpersonal skills
* Have general knowledge of lubricants product lines
* Understand Heavy Industries (Mining, Logging, Construction Trades, Automotive)
* Enjoy a fast paced work environment
* Unafraid to take on a challenge
* Be able to multi-task and solve problems quickly and completely
* Have a deep desire to help others
* Want to provide excellent customer service
* Motivate others to be productive at work
* Have (or be willing to obtain) at least a Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements
* Lift up to 50 lbs and walk/stand for up to 10 hours per day
* Respond positively when faced with a problem to solve the problem
