Job DescriptionAs an Outside Sales Representative for propane and refined fuels, you’ll build and maintain relationships with residential, commercial, and agricultural customers, offering tailored fuel solutions to meet their needs. This role involves prospecting new clients, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Strong communication, self-motivation, and a customer-first mindset are key to success. This position operates out of our Virginia, MN office and manages the entire Iron Range territory.
$50,000 – $90,000 annually (base + uncapped commission)
Ability to Commute/RelocateA reliable commute or willingness to relocate before starting work is preferred.

- Lead development through inquiry communication and ongoing relationship building to fill/maintain a customer pipeline
- Generate new business through in-person sales calls and territory travel
- Perform field tests and educate customers on fuel storage and safety
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and support
- Track activity and results in CRM software
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals prioritizing new commercial sales
- 1+ year of sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Candidate must live in the Iron Range Region (Virginia, MN office is primary hub; residence in Virginia not required)
