** What You’ll Do
** As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in growing our business by identifying opportunities, developing solutions, negotiating and closing sales.
* Promote and sell design-build mechanical construction services
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, GCs, and clients
* Review blueprints, specifications, and RFPs to develop technical solutions and cost estimates
* Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and project management teams to win work
* Present proposals and engineered solutions to clients
* Identify, track, forecast, and close project opportunities
* Meet annual sales goals while driving long-term client partnerships
* Support a strong
** safety-first culture
** and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure smooth handoff of awarded projects to project management teams
** What We’re Looking For
*** 4-year technical degree or equivalent mechanical construction experience
* Comprehension of construction documents, plans and specifications.
* Understanding of effective sales and business development processes
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Organized, proactive, and relationship-driven mindset
* Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites as needed
