• Drive new logo sales within the US insurance market, focusing on SaaS offerings and outsourced investment accounting services
• Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including preparing presentations and negotiating contracts
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through active outreach and relationship nurturing
• Conduct high-volume outreach and marketing campaigns to generate leads using Salesforce and Salesloft
• Develop tailored solutions for prospects by understanding their challenges and strategic objectives

• 7-15 years of sales experience, preferably managing complex strategic sales processes
• Understanding of insurance company investment portfolios, including private and alternative products
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a performance-oriented environment

• Experience navigating a large global organization
• Flexibility to travel as needed
