- Develop tailored solutions for prospects by understanding their challenges and strategic objectives
- 7-15 years of sales experience, preferably managing complex strategic sales processes
- Understanding of insurance company investment portfolios, including private and alternative products
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a performance-oriented environment
- Experience navigating a large global organization
- Flexibility to travel as needed
