Development Specialist

Be an integral part of JM&A Group, developing the next generation of top talent. The Development Specialist will receive on‑the‑job training at dealer partner locations and the corporate office, positioning them for multiple career paths within 12 months. This is a salaried position with a base salary of $65,000 annually.

• Provide hands‑on individual training to dealer partners.

The pay grade for this position is 49,141 – 109,215. Base pay is determined by factors including candidate experience and qualifications, education and work location. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and participation in robust retirement plans including 401(k), profit sharing, and pension.
