Sales Support Rep

Job Overview

Sales Support Representative role at ePlus inc. responsible for generating new business and managing existing customer activity, administering the sales cycle, and developing career skill progression within the sales team.

• Accurately place orders into the system from customer-issued P.O.s.
• Follow up on orders to ensure successful delivery to meet customer expectations.
• Lead open order management, ensuring expeditious and accurate delivery.
• Confirm timely and accurate invoicing activity.
• Proactively resolve issues at the customer and supplier levels.
• Learn about vendor programs to source advantageous pricing.
• Assist customers with returns, order inquiries, and information requests.
• Develop relationships with sales, vendors, and internal departments.
• Assist with quoting and offer add‑on opportunities such as warranties, service agreements, accessories.
• Maintain proper decorum in all communications (internal & external).
• Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of computers/networking and the IT industry.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking ability.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Base salary range: $19.23–$28.85 hourly (commensurate with experience). Compensation may include commissions, discretionary bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package (401(k), medical, paid time off, etc.). This is an at‑will, full‑time position.
