UKG is seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to serve as a Business Development Manager responsible for net‑new logo sales in the mid‑market and enterprise space. Candidates should have at least 5+ years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions, ideally live in or near their territory, and be familiar with the local business climate.

- Learnt and applied deep product knowledge to solve customer challenges and achieve business outcomes
- Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within assigned territory
- Identify sales opportunities and develop proposals aligned with prospective customers’ needs
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the HCM/SaaS industry, competitors, and analysts
- Deliver excellent written and verbal communication to all stakeholders
- Consistently work as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) with a demonstrated track record of quota attainment
- Minimum of 3–5 years HCM sales experience and strong knowledge of the industry
- Demonstrated understanding of the strategic sales process
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with diverse prospecting strategies
30–40% travel.
