Overview
Sr Account Executive, Professional Services East – Rimini Street. The role reports to NAMER, Senior Director Professional and Managed Services. Based in the Eastern Time Zone (US), ideally within commuting distance of a regional hub. Travel up to ~50% across the Region to meet with prospects and clients.
Responsibilities- Work as part of the Professional Services sales team to build a book of business through engagement with Rimini Street Sales, Clients, Delivery and prospects
- Provide oversight of Service Now and/or Salesforce projects to assist with value, quality, and targeted outcomes
- Demonstrate consultative selling skills to develop business and create value propositions
- Collaborate with Professional Services Delivery leadership to scope and estimate projects
- Engage with Professional Services leadership to pursue continuous improvement
- Serve as the interface between Professional Services and Rimini contract legal team; draft contract outlines covering scope, schedule, approach, assumptions, invoicing structures, and RACI
- Assist in developing sales materials including value proposition pitch decks and budgetary templates
- Lead extended and matrixed sales teams on strategy, offerings, and selling Professional Services
- Grow awareness of Rimini Street’s value proposition across networks and gather market feedback
- Contribute to or lead development of new offerings with input to Product Management and Delivery
- 5-6 years in consultative sales in technology services
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience;
Master’s degree highly desired - LEAN, Six Sigma, ITIL and COBIT awareness or certification preferred
- Experience with Service Now and/or Salesforce products and/or project implementations
- Strong business planning, revenue projections, and value calculations in pre-sales scenarios
- Excellent English fluency (written and verbal); strong problem-solving and customer relationship skills
