New Business Sales Representative - Open Water

About our positionWe are looking for a driven New Business Sales Representative who will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Strategic Sales to sell the ASI family of products, including Open Water software, services, and programs to potential new clients, with the aim of consistently achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
What you’ll be doing- Selling products through video/conference calls, in‑person meetings, emails, and other communication delivery methods.
- Providing follow‑up with clients to ensure clients’ satisfaction and/or services is provided.
- Promptly contacting the appropriate staff member or business partner to make sure they are aware of any client concerns or problems so they can follow up and address needs.
- Must be a “hunter” for new business opportunities through a multi‑faceted approach, including but not limited to cold calling, networking, webinars, and face‑to‑face seminars.
- Working closely with potential clients, and internal resources to identify accurate project requirements.
- Working to continuously keep informed of company products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively perform sales activities and carry forward the vision of senior management.
- Performing other job‑related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
- 2‑3 years of experience in B2B software sales as a closer, selling into the Association Market.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in sales management software and CRM.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a sense of urgency for closing business.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
