Sales Associate

Overview

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. This is a part-time role for energetic, enthusiastic individuals.

• Exceed guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions and ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting each guest, handling cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner (80%).
• Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
• Safely operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom standards, follow safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortages (10%).
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests; process information/merchandise through the register system; work varied hours including days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
• Freely access all store areas (sales floor, stock, registers, loading dock) and meet physical requirements: moving, talking, hearing, reaching, standing for extended periods; potential lifting of at least 30 lbs.
• Provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week (availability only; not guaranteed).

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business dictates.
• Physical ability to perform duties as described (standing, lifting up to 30 lbs, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.

The hourly wage for the position ranges from $18.99 to $19.99, based on responsibilities, benchmarks, location, and other factors.
